How does an auction work?

Intel Auctions has two auction methods, Live Auction and Intel Phone Bidding. Utilizing the Live Auction method gets all potential bidders onsite at your property. We then open the auction with a starting bid, after which each bidder can raise the bid as often as desired until each bidder has put in his maximum bid. Once the bidding is complete, the property is sold in “As – Is” condition to the winning bidder.

The Intel Phone Bidding Auction is managed just like the Live Auction, but the auction is done via phone bidding instead of on your property. The auctioneer manages the bids and lets callers know where the current high bid is at. Bidders can raise the bid as often as desired. Once all bidders have placed their highest bid, the Auctioneer sells the property in “As-is” condition to the winning bidder.

Do I need an attorney?

Intel Auctions handles all the details throughout the auction process including an attorney that prepares the conditions of sale.

Can I have a reserve price for my property?

Yes, we are happy to help you determine the correct reserve price for your property. With our extensive marketing platform and aggressive auction management, you can have peace of mind that your property brought its value.

Do I have to be available to show customers my property?

No, Intel Auctions manages open houses and showings. You can focus on the next steps in your life. Besides, we like to meet potential bidders and be available for any questions they might have. We believe this motto – Relationships and Communication Equal Top Dollar for your Home!
